Christmas!

Christmas this year was in Soda Springs, ID. Blizzard conditions and snow drifts taller than Brenden...perfect conditions in Trent's mind for fun and games. Brenden didn't get up until 8:30. Trent made us all omelets, which were really good. Then we all went into the rec room to find out if Santa made it to the house through the blizzard. He did and here's a few pictures to share some of the fun that a new parent has as the child opens his presents. He still doesn't quite know what's going on but next year will be alot different. We'll make sure he writes a few letters to send in the mail to Santa to let him know Brenden has been a good boy and what he wants for Christmas. I think Santa still enjoys oreos or chocolate chip cookies. Maybe we'll ask him and have Brenden (who will be 2 years and 8 months by then) help bake Santa's cookies.

A Fire Rescue Helicopter. As long as it has sound, its good.

"I fly with Elmo" airplane

Trent saw this at Costco and thought, "If Nicole sees this, she'll probably get it for me". He is a BYU fanatic. It was too good to pass up.
Amazing Grace DVD.
Nice shirt with gold and silver stripes and snaps.
All the kids got together and bought matching frames and an updated 8x10 photo of each family to go as a collection. It was a hit! Good idea Traci.

Rodger and Mary got an iTrip to help pass the time with all their road trips they take in a more leisurely and fun way thanks to Tree and Craig. As Rodger was opening this, he said, I bet its some kind of electronic. He was right and was very happy...especially with the poem that came with it.

Ellen was all smiles when she found a whole box full of chocolate bars. She really likes chocolate.
Brenden kept giving Trent all the stockings so Trent just kept putting them over his head.

Christmas day dinner. Ham, scalloped potatoes, pomegranate salad, corn pudding and strawberry sparkling cider.
B hiding in Trent's blanket Trent's mom made him out of all his old Tshirts. Quite a collection and perfect for picnics and football games.

Here's the good stuff. Videos.
