Throwing snow in the air to get all over the kids
It was pretty cold but alot of fun
Tree and Craig found their tree!! Little Jack is helping to steady the tree for the picture! Always such a big help.
The day after Thanksgiving, we all loaded up into 3 cars and drove to the canyon right next to Trent's house as far as we could till the snow stopped us and then we hiked up the mountain to find ourselves 4 beautiful Christmas trees. Trent's dad, 2 sisters and Trent and I picked out our own trees, sawed the beauties and hauled them down. Trent's sister, Tree, was so gracious and even put our tree on top of their landcruiser next to their tree and brought it down even to our doorstep (we have incredibly nice relatives-way too nice, they spoil us). It was alot of fun-especially with alot of little nieces and nephews with their endless amount of energy. Below is our finely decorated Christmas tree-our first one. It was one of the better looking trees up the canyon and thanks to the bucket of tree decorations and a few glass ornaments, it felt a little like Christmas in our little abode.
