My whole fam came up from Vegas during General Conference and I was so happy about that. These are really "good people" (copyright Scott) and thoroughly enjoyable to be around. Here are the very few shots I got from the week. Sad. Especially sad I didn't get a shot of the cinnamon rolls that Dad made. In a normal size kitchen, it wouldn't be so crowded, but since everyone at one point or another wanted to be in the kitchen to watch Dad (especially when the dough was done and all the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar was put on) and steal a bite, it was a little tight but fun nonetheless. Dads cinnamon rolls are a tradition that we do every General Conference. Definitely going to start that one in my own family.
Dad, Ask and Court. Soaking up the speakers words.

Mom actually wasn't asleep here, I just took the picture as she blinked.

Cute lady. Tired Maddy-bird.

My dad. He can outwork the best of them, but he can also relax and kick back like nobody else. One fun secret about this man: whenever he goes to his den and one may be a little hungry for a snack, don't bother with the kitchen. Wait a little bit and then go in to talk to him and grab a couple bites. Doesn't matter what he may have that day, its going to be good! Popcorn made with just the perfect mixture of real melted butter and salt, cheezits, triscuits with cheese, melted cheese on crackers (but never melted in the microwave, only the oven), ruffles potato chips with cream cheese and clam dip, potato sticks, and those are just some of the more popular ones. Now I'm hungry...

Ash is probably going to kill me for posting this pic. She ruffled Dads hair and all us kids know that you never, ever get the best of Dad; but we never let that stop us from trying. So here is Ash's new hair-do as beautifully done by Dad.
