Mornin'

At our house, it's the young male who gathers the most beauty sleep. And 2 mornings ago, I had to gently prod and poke, persuade and almost drag him out of bed at 9:30 to get him ready for Storytime at the Library with some of his best pals. The kid could probably have made it all the way until 10am. Maybe it's a growth spurt. I wouldn't doubt it. He's one of the taller kids in his group and can hang with the upperclassmen (5 year olds), sin problema.

 So next time you're over...be careful not to wake the sleeping beast...

 ...wait until he's more awake...

 ...cause once he's up, he's a very pleasant, fun boy. He'll have you shooting arrows at the bad guys in no time.

 Meanwhile, Kyleigh has read some good books, made breakfast and got her dollies ready for breakfast.

 She excels in her nurturing instincts.

(They both have their own pillows, but looks like Piggy is the favorite. He/she got fed twice!)
