Trent caught this shot as he was running alongside Brenden. This kid has an imagination that runs wild. Sometimes we can keep up, other times not a chance. Even though his speech is delayed, he can still communicate his thoughts...we're just a little slow at interpreting. He is set to work with a speech therapist this week. It's not always the coolest thing to think that your child is slow at something, but I wouldn't trade his difficulties with another's. I watched him give his favorite truck with trailer to his cousin who asked for it while Brenden was playing with it. He said, "Otay. You turn". So he may be slow in verbalizing his thoughts...he is certainly not lacking in the capacity to make his mom and dad so proud.
