Thanksgiving 2013

This would be our 3rd, and final, Thanksgiving away from the West Coast. Luckily, we had family come visit us so we could feel a touch of "home" during this holiday. We sure love Thanksgiving...the warm colors, the changing leaves, the family gatherings and tons of yummy food. (And then the LEFTOVERS!!! Which is always one of my favorite parts of Thanksgiving. The different flavors have had time to marinate and mix together even more and makes for some seriously delicious eats for the next few days). Mary helped me prepare food while Rodger helped entertain the kids.
Here he is recording their building endeavors.

The innards of our turkey...

A stuffing salad.

Nice size turkey.

Getting the neck ready

I'm not sure what's going on here, but since this is the only picture I took with Trent in it....well....

Story time with Sorensens can get reeeeeaaal comfortable :)
